Cloud Native HPC
Thursday, October 24, 2019, 11:30am – 1:00pm
Bluware Distributed Compute is a cloud native HPC framework which can orchestrate interactive as well as batch HPC workflows. The framework uses an intelligent load balancer for dynamic scalability and cost optimization. The framework also provides an extensible platform where new workflows can be deployed and discovered. Here we present the key architectural characteristics of the intelligent load balancer which dynamically increases and decreases compute nodes based on user requests and availability of the provisioned compute resources.
Technical Lead at Bluware
Tanmoy Palit has a computer science and engineering degree from MAKAUT, India. He has more than a decade of experience with developing software for the oil and gas industry. For the last five years he has been working on high performance computing applications for seismic interpretation. Currently he is part of the Bluware’s platform team that is working on the cloud native distributed compute system with pluggable workflows.
